(Al-Hajj) 22 : 32
ذَٰلِكَ وَمَنْ يُعَظِّمْ شَعَائِرَ اللَّهِ فَإِنَّهَا مِنْ تَقْوَى الْقُلُوبِ
That is, whoever honors the symbols of Lord Allah; indeed it is from the heedfulness of hearts.
Those who keep the remembrance of the Lord in their hearts can only honor the symbols of Allah. For that he/she has to transform the Jinn soulmate mentioned in verses 43: 36-39 into a believer with Adhikr. See explanation 2: 152; 5: 48 and 13: 28.
